Jennifer Guardia was born in Bayamo, Cuba but was raised in Miami, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she received a Bachelors in International Affairs with a concentration in Francophone studies. She then attended Florida International University College of Law where she received a Juris Doctor. While in law school, Ms. Guardia was a member of the Negotiation Team and received Dean’s List honors. Ms. Guardia also attended Oxford University for a summer semester where she studied International Corporate Law and European Union Law. Upon graduation, she traveled to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland as a research assistant to International Law Commissioner Charles Jalloh. Ms. Guardia has experience in a variety of areas with a concentration in civil litigation. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has a working proficiency in French.
