Brian C. Costa is a Partner at Alvarez, Feltman, Da Silva & Costa P.L. Mr. Costa was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, but has lived most of his life in Miami, Florida. He attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and upon graduating, Mr. Costa attended Florida International University where he obtained a B.A. in International Business, with honors.
Subsequently, he was the proud recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship to attend the University of Miami School of Law. During his time at the University of Miami, he interned with the Honorable Mercedes Bach and was a law clerk at a civil litigation law firm. Mr. Costa graduated from The University of Miami School of Law in 2009. Mr. Costa has practiced at Alvarez, Feltman, Da Silva & Costa since receiving his Florida Bar license in 2009 and has practiced in a variety of areas with a concentration on civil litigation. These areas include insurance coverage disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, construction litigation, labor and employment law, commercial litigation and appellate advocacy.
Mr. Costa has litigated several civil cases to both jury and non-jury trials and has been named in Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars from 2012 through 2016.
He is licensed to practice law in both State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Florida.
Brian C. Costa is a certified Circuit Court Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.
